Worn cylinder recovering service
Athena offers a complete new recovering service for all worn aluminum cylinders.
Our goal is to bring old cylinders to new life, improving their external look, the quality
of their coating and their finishing (snagging of the ports, smoothing the exhaust line,
sandblasting etc..) The recovering service consists in eliminate the old nickel, deposit the
new galvanic coating (motor-nicksil) and final diamond lapping. If necessary we can weld all
grooves or scratches present on the cylinder liner.
